Insurance coverage/payment options


Dr Middleton is a contracted in-network provider for all of the insurance companies that currently cover TMS Therapy

There is typically an authorization process involved to get insurance approval for TMS prior to starting treatment. Dr Middleton and Peter are both well educated in how to navigate this process and have been very successful in getting approval for our patients with appropriate insurance coverage. You can contact Peter (TMS coordinator) directly at our main number with any questions regarding this process, or we can go over all of this at a TMS consult appointment.

For patients without medical insurance , or whose insurance does not cover TMS, medical loans at zero interest are readily available for many patients. Of course, we also accept cash or credit card payments.
